Information you choose to share
The form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and a brief message. Phone and business or organisation are optional. Please do not include passwords, bank details, tax documents or other sensitive financial information.
Online enquiries
Online enquiry delivery is currently unavailable. Information entered in the form stays in the page unless you choose to submit it. The form does not send your details while it is unavailable. If a submission reaches the server directly, it is validated and rejected without email delivery or enquiry storage.
Abuse and duplicate protection
When online delivery is enabled, Upstash Redis stores keyed hashes used to limit repeated requests and recognise duplicate submissions. Rate counters expire after 15 minutes, processing locks after 90 seconds, and accepted-request identifiers after 24 hours. Message contents are not stored in Redis. The website application does not log enquiry contents or maintain an enquiry database.
Email and telephone
Email and phone links open your own email or calling application. Messages you send directly are handled by your provider and the firm’s mailbox. For questions about information shared with the firm, contact info@cajvr.com.
Website operation
The site has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate the website. Enquiry emails and provider records are subject to the firm’s mailbox and service-provider retention arrangements; the website does not automatically delete those records.
